The Workers Union is proud to remain independent of any political party. Our only affiliation is with the hardworking men and women who keep the United Kingdom moving every day.
From the very beginning, The Workers Union was established with a clear purpose: to support individual workers when they need help most. We have never sought political affiliations, political influence, or political positioning. Instead, our focus has always been, and will always remain, firmly on the needs of workers.
In an increasingly complex and fast-moving workplace environment, workers need practical support, clear guidance with timely help and assistance. They do not need bureaucracy, unnecessary delays or complicated processes that prevent them from getting the answers they need.
That is why The Workers Union operates differently.
Our cornerstone philosophy is simple:
Communication. Negotiation. Resolution.
These three principles guide everything we do.
When a member needs support, we believe in acting quickly and have five good reasons for doing so. We prioritise clear communication, constructive negotiation and practical solutions designed to achieve positive outcomes wherever possible.
Today’s workers live and work in a world where information is available instantly. Workplace support should be no different. Whether someone is at work, travelling, working remotely or managing a difficult workplace issue, access to reliable guidance should be available whenever it is needed at a cost that is acceptable.
The Workers Union has embraced technology to ensure members can access news, workplace guidance, events, support and assistance directly from their phone, tablet or computer. We are, quite simply, the union in your pocket.
Our members benefit from immediate access to information, workplace resources and support services designed around the realities of modern working life. We understand that workplace issues rarely occur at convenient times, which is why accessibility and responsiveness remain central to our approach.
We are different because the needs of workers have changed.
Modern workers expect fast answers, straightforward guidance and practical support without unnecessary delays. The Workers Union was created to fill that gap and continues to evolve alongside the changing landscape of employment across the United Kingdom.
Our mission remains unchanged: to put workers first, provide timely assistance, and deliver the support people need when they need it most.
The Workers Union is not focused on politics.
The Workers Union is focused on workers.
